1. Refunds/ Exchanges:

All handmade pieces are made to order, no refunds, however we do allow exchanges or store credit. For any order issues, email bykaibleu@gmail.com.

Please allow up to 24 hours for a response, as we are very prompt with replying.
 Exchanges must be initiated within the week of receiving the product.

Our bikinis are handmade and can either be scrunched in for minimal coverage/ maximum tan or left as is for more coverage. If you prefer extra coverage we recommend ordering a size up

 

3. Shipping Information:

Handmade pieces: 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS

Pre-order items: An update will be sent to your email prior to purchase. 

Please allow 1-3 business days for our warehouse to process your shipment (excludes weekends and holidays). A tracking number will be sent to you once your order leaves our warehouse. By Kai Bleu is not responsible for any delays due to carrier constraints.
